I love how mexicans try to downplay the cheating. Big coincidence he got KTFO when he got caught with his little inserts.

Give it up for now bro. The man is a Marg fan and he's giving credit to Mosley and his fans. What else you want? Not much fans of a fighter who loses a match can say that.

It's funny how a large majority of the people who are continually only talking about the padding issue with Margarito on and on are the usually Cotto fans. For now, we don't know the situation. It's too early to tell. But even Mosley played it off and didn't make a big situation out of it. I'm a huge Mosley fan quite possibly the biggest one here on BoxingScene [my username kind of gave it away], but I'm not going to continually go on about this issue because:

a) we don't know the full details
b) Mosley got a KO so the padding issue is the least I'm excited about
c) Mosley played it off himself so it wouldn't make sense for any of his fans to be complaining about it

Let the governing bodies deal with what's going on and assess what happened. As fans, we don't know half of what really goes on so speculation isn't evidence of anything...

Props to you and you're a class act. I never thought Mosely would knock the guy out until the fight started and Margarito was getting hit by those solid shots! I knew Marg had a good chin but noone could have withstood those shots over 12 rounds without getting some shots in for himself. I agree about the hunger not being there, either it was that or how Mosely made him look kind of amatuer. I think the difference between Cotto and Mosely was the fact that Mosley dug to the body, had a consistant jab, and hung around in the pocket tapping Marg with hellified counters. I think Marg will be back but needs to stay the hell away from Sugar for the time being.

Good for Shane that ****m found out about the loaded handwraps before the fight or right now it would be you doing the crying instead of Margacheato fans.

I'm not taking anything away from Shane, he was spectacular and I have always been his fan. But if it had happened to be Mosley that got cheated on you would be yelling foul too.

Wow, all I can say is wow. I never saw this coming, I knew it was going to be a tough fight but I never thought we would see the destruction of Margarito.

The biggest difference in Mosley's approach and Cotto's approach was Mosley's physical strength. He was able to keep Marg off of him and fight a dirty fight inside.

Great game plan by him and Richardson and great execution. I personally like Mosley, think he's a class act and nobody deserves this more than him. Unbelievable for a man at 37 to pick apart a 30 year old beast like Margarito.

I will say this and it's nowhere near an excuse but Marg didn't look hungry, he looked like a completely different fighter when he was in vs Cotto. Maybe the limelight got to his head the past few months, who knows.

Styles make fights and that's why boxing is so great. I know some people will claim they knew this was going to happen all along but it was definitely an upset and shocker. I thought Mosely could win but not ko him.

AS far as the illegal stuff in Margs gloves, if it's true, then thats a shame. Although it doesn't mean he tried it with Cotto but I can understand why there would be questions.

Props once again to Mosley and his fans, great all time performance. I don't know if Marg is done but something didn't look right about him and he has taken a lot of punishment throughout his career.

15 years of fighting men with that style is going to take its toll at some point.

Personally, I don't care to be honest because Im a fan of boxing, not a country. I'm proud to be Mexican but I enjoy watching a great fight over anything else. Mosley is a class act as is Pacman and I don't mind Mexican fighters getting beat by those two.

We don't know the details of the "gloves" with Marg but like I said, if he cheated, then that's ***ed up. He desereves a suspension or whatever punishment he gets. Did he have the illegal **** when he fought Cotto....who knows? I will say this though, Cotto had a person there to check the wraps of Marg like every fighter does and found nothing, so you can't automatically say he had it in that fight.

Cotto didn't get hit by 100 of those punches and as a matter of fact, the two fights went very similar. The exception was, Mosley showed me he's much faster and stronger than Cotto. He muscled Marg around the ring and didn't allow him to be pushed back.

Every fighter has a bad day and this might have been one for Marg and Mosley might have had one against Cotto, who knows. Or, as boxing goes styles make fights and maybe it's just the way these three fighters match up.

Again, much props to Mosley and IMO this puts him in the HOF and elevates him above DLH in the all time rankings. If there is a statue of DLH at Staples, then there should defintely be one of Mosely.
