He wasn't trying to get him disqualified, he was trying to catch a breather.

I'd like to see how well you'd do at his age, with his thyroid condition, in there against a swarmer like Joe.

My bet is you wouldn't make it to the 3rd.

I'd low-blow Calzaghe to catch my breather. Right in his tiny Welsh pills. Twice, Cotto style.

Although, I wouldn't mind seeing a rematch with Calzaghe, especially if B-Hop can bring it like he did against Pavlik.

I can't see that fight happening, as much as I want it to.

Joe really dislikes Bernard, and vice versa. And the first fight was extremely close anyway. People talk about it now like it was 119-108 or something, but there were many swing rounds in that fight.

And people knock it for being a boring fight, I loved it actually, until Hopkins gassed out. Until the 10th, I thought it was a fairly decently paced chess match. Hopkins did amazing early, Calzaghe started adjusting, Bernard adapted, then Joe got it in gear, and Hopkins gassed out.

I'd kill for a rematch. But I'm satisfied with Hopkins' legacy if it don't happen. I've been watching him since '95, and a diehard supporter since '98. I'm going to miss him.
