personally when your past your prime its time to go, unfortunatly Ali proved that as its literally, very very bad for your health. Best boxer past his prime, Oscar. He can draw and make the biggest fights, still
If you are going to quote someone, quote their entire sentance.

He brings attention to the sport for the right reasons and gets more people involved, which in an era of MMA is very important and not usually associated with a boxer past his prime (Tyson being the worst example)
So in other words...you're saying Mosley is not a good boxer past his prime and De La Hoya is more important in the sport right now than Mosley?

I have clearly stated i DON'T think Mosley is even past his prime yet! Age is just a number in this sport in the modern era

No. Don't take a few of my words and then disregard the rest. That's misleading and untruthful. Here is what I said:

Bernard Hopkins, Joe Calzaghe, Vitali Klitschko, Glen Johnson, Winky Wright (maybe) deserve a mention. Definitely an impressive performance by Shane last night, much better than against Mayorga, and he looks better at WW.

Hopkins is a good pick as one of the greatest past his prime and you can compare them and their last opponents. Ultimately, you can break it down and come to the conclusion that either one is the greatest past their prime but my personal opinion would be Mosley considering he has knocked out his last two opponents who both happen to be top name guys. Coincidentally, Hopkins and Mosley are very good friends...I can't say anything bad about Hopkins either because he's one of my favourites too but they're doing exceptionally well. Both fighters are in top shape considering their age...
