margarito has an iron jaw, he just took too many shots last night.

those mosley left hooks were killer, the was about 7-8 flush fernando vargas left hooks landed on marg and he took all of them besides the last 2 or so.

Time will tell, he took a lot of big shots from Mosley but his durability was not as good in this fight, we'll see when he fights another big puncher.

Cotto didnt hurt Margarito that much, because he was potshoting from his back foot, I said many times that you have to hit with full force and go foward yourself against magarito. But the smart boxing analists of NSB, were telling me that, that was absurd!!!!!!!

Pushing a guy like Margarito back is always a good idea, the guy is pretty one dimensional, he can't fight going backwards but pushing him back is the hard part, Mosley made it look easy but I doubt it was. I was surprised at how big Mosley looked, he looked almost as big as Margarito in the upper body.

Cotto did manage to hit Margarito with a lot of shots with full force though and Margarito went nowhere

I think those shots affected Margarito in the long run. His punch resistance seemed a lot worse than it was against Cotto/Cintron.

I have to disagree with that. Check Cottos fight with Pinto, and you will see a full force Cotto punch compare to the poshoting he was doing against margarito!!!!!!

You're saying Cotto didn't manage to land anything with full force? I definitely disagree with that, you really just have to see the way Margarito's head was lolling around to see how powerful those shots were.

Those are good points.

I think more than anything, it was Shanes speed. He couldn't see the punches coming which probably made them hurt more. Even so, I just think that Margs armour is *****ed. A lot of people always said, the punches would catch up to him eventually, and now is that time IMO.
