You're thinking about the wrong fight. The 1st fight with De La Hoya in Staples back in 2000 was won fair and square by Mosley. It was the rematch in 2003 that was called into question. Shane was bigger for the rematch and actually much slower.

Somehow not realizing Mosley's case remotes to 2000 and Margarito's case was CAUGHT today. Officially and until further notice Mosley won CLEANLY whereas Margarito DID TRY TO CHEAT.
