Cotto CRACKED Margarito's chin. Look at it, Mosley knocked Margarito out in a fashion NOBODY thought was possible. Did you think it was? Nope, I didn't. I felt fight by fight Margarito's chin would decline and it has. Cotto threw hell of power shots that Margarito now regrets he took. But credit to Mosley [ I WAS GOING FOR HIM WOO ] he did his gameplan, and was MACHO about it.

Gotta call bull**** on that one. Cotto had nothing to do with this. This was about a guy who knows how to box completely humiliating a guy who doesn't know how to box. The guy who doesn't know **** didn't get his handwraps so he got his ass whooped.

I said the day before the Cotto-Margarito fight that Margarito could end up like Mayorga after Tito, because he ate a lo of punches. Cotto definetly softened that chin but, Mosleys performance was insane, he manhandled Margo, he hited him at will, he box when he wanted to, in overall a masterpiece. Props to Mosley for this. Great great fighter!!!!!!!!

w/o a softened chin(I don't think that was the case), Margarita would've just taken a longer beating from Mosley.

The key was the f**kin' clinching by Mosley, I'm such an anti-clinch type guy, but the way Mosley executed the clinch, it was beautiful.

It wouldn't have mattered if Tony came into the ring without gloves, he couldn't even hit Shane. It's obvious that Shane is simply stronger than Cotto (juice lol) that's why Shane was able to stand in front of Tony for much of the fight, force Tony back, land those big shots etc where Cotto was forced to run for as long as he could. I wouldn't give Cotto any credit for what happened tonight, and I think that Tony will beat Cotto again if they rematch.

EDIT: I'm not sayin that juice helped Shane win the fight, just that Shane is stronger than Cotto lol before anyone gets offended.

Weird the difference between a 2 handed fighter and a 1 handed fighter is a win by KO or a loss by KO. Mosley has 2 hands, Cotto uses 1. Mosley also has more power. I think people don't realize how hard Mosley "can" hit. Mosley hadn't sat on his punches correctly for a while. He bounces in and out and pitter-patters a lot, but the dude still has a great KO record. He may have also found a trainer that can do him well and help him use his natural athletic tools. Mosley has pretty much always passed more on talent then anything.

Should Mosley continue to fight it should be interesting to see how he will perform in the future against other fighters. I'd personally like to see a Cotto rematch as I had that one very close with Mosley having a slight edge.

Cotto just fought the wrong fight. If he wasn't so macho & didn't let his pride get in the way and would've clinched Margarito after every exchange the same way Mosely did he would've won the fight. Cotto burned too much energy dodging and weaving and pulling away after every exchange. He fought the wrong fight, got tired & paid the price.

I will admit that margarito's face wass more swollen after the cotto fight.

                      Great fight Mosely...Much Props!!!
