You had to expect for him to **** on De La Hoya, Hatton and Manny, but Ali and Roy.

I agree with a lot of what Floyd said. He did do things on his own by making the best decisions and right moves to get to the top and left that way. He's where a lot of fighters now wish that they were and I think he set the tone for guys like Pacquiao/Margarito & Hatton fighting over percentages. And he made some valid points about Oscar De La Hoya picking the gloves, ring and wanting PBF to move up to 154 to fight him thinking he had NO chance to win & PBF worked with his cons & turned them into pros by out working and boxing him in the ring. Freddie Roach has gone on record to say they took the Oscar fight because they knew Manny could win & basically made Oscar come down to a weight he wasn't comfortable at for 9 years & Floyd fought him at his strongest & people said De La Hoya was washed up & gave Pac props for beating a side of beef in the ring.

Just a lot of things he said made sense the only thing I don't agree with is how he says he's better than Ali & Ray Robinson. Maybe in business & money decisions but at this point if he wanted to obtain that kind of respect he would have fought a lil more at Welter & beat some top guys but he still became the recognize WW without fighting Cotto/Margarito/Williams so I guess he's looking at it like what else could he possibly do? Some people don't know when to hang em up and paid for their decisions (Leonard/Chavez/Camacho/De La Hoya/Holyfield) so the question here is when is it time to leave the sport? Well if Floyd is sitting on six00MIL then I would say PEACE too!

Calzaghe has never been the best fighter in the world. Floyd was hence why he complains about the recognition he didnt get.

He also says, he'll get more credit when he's officially old, i mean when he's in his 40's/50's. He said the same thing happened to Ali. When Ali used to say he would beat Louis, the boxing world would roar and scream about him making such judgements, these comments were made when he was in his prime. Yet when he got Parkinsons disease, thats when people started giving him credit calling him the greatest heavyweight ever. When he used to self proclaim himself as the best heavy, he'd get critisized.

Floyd said he'd rather recieve praise now when he's in his prime, than when he's old.
I'm not comparing their career's, please show me where I compared their careers. I simply mean they are both arrogant ego maniacs, who act like everyone is against them. Funny thing is their fans act the same damn way.

Smells to me like he's looking for a big fight with Pacman, the
way he belittled him all the way. Funny Floyd

"If God says it's my time to come back, I'll come back".

See you after the Hatton fight, PBF - Manny Pacquiao
