This has nothing to do with my post, nevertheless, I will answer. As a Welterweight, I would say Floyd is a B+, according to your ratings. He was a great champion, but not fighting the top welterweights does not make him the best of this era. I am speaking as a fan of boxing, not as a fan of any boxer.
