A fight with Froch exposes Calzaghe for what he really is. I mean who the fcuk wants to see him fight Froch except for his fanboys and Froch's fans?

Froch is a pitiful world champion and he looked slow,open defensively and generally past his best/prime and he was never that good to begin with.


Dawson is the man to fight if Joe is staying around and wants to enhance his reputation there is no other fight out there unless he moves up to CW.

lol I think it would be a good fight. I'm not a Froch nut hugger but Froch is a big guy with power who isn't afraid to trade. We also saw how good his chin was against Passcal. Calzaghe took some big shots from Jones too and once he was into the fight he wasn't bothered, I think he has a decent chin too.


I would like to see Calzaghe fight Dawson. That would be an incredible win especially for his last fight however I think Froch would be a great fight.

Second, then why do most think Taylor Froch would be competitive, and votes roughly even, or at least not far off?

I don't like Froch but he's not as **** as you've made out, even if he did face him.

If Calzaghe fights Froch you owe me 5k, if not i will give you 5k deal ? you know he is fighting Froch, because that is his style.

Because, Taylor has looked absolute garbage since his debatable points wins over Hopkins he struggled with 147/154lbs fighters and got KTFO by an overrated Kelly Pavlik. He didn't look any better against Lacy either imo. In short Taylor has a questionable defence and he gasses in fights which makes him more suspect to being hurt by a one dimensional, but never the less a big puncher in Carl Froch.
