Calzaghe doesn't mention Froch at all in the comment. This is another example of terrible journalism in the sport.

For all we know he could be planning to fight Dawson, Johnson, Taylor or Hopkins again. For all we know he might have meant "I'd love to put on a farewell fight for my fans, but...the money isn't out there with any opponent". This comment neither confirms or denies anything.

We still have no idea whether Calzaghe is going to retire or not, and if he is to fight once again, we have no idea who that'll be against.

yeah, terrible journalism. Doesn't even say where the qoute came from, when Calzaghe was supposed to say it, where he was etc.

Just something invented or taken out of context, and no mention of Froch. Journalist just trying to stir trouble.

I would like to see Joe fight winner of Dawson and Tarver(if for some reason Tarver is good enough to beat Dawson then of course it would be justified). Otherwise, Joe should just tells us he is retiring..
