They have Calzaghe as ATG but not Mosley? WTF?

compubox seems to be your only resort when defending calzaghe's "victory"My point was how can so many boxing fans claim Joe lost in a such a clear cut fashion when Hopkins didn't throw enough punches to win. You can throw less punches, land less punches and land at a lower percentage rate and expect to win.
It was an close, ugly fight, but Hopkins didn't do enough to convince to judges. Simple.
everyone knows those numbers are pure junk. people on here have actually gone back in slo-mo and counted the number of real landed punches landed by calzaghe and it's pitiful. try watching the fight with your eyes instead of needing compubox as an excuse to say your hometown hero won.Comment

Didnt compu box try to tell people hopkins got hit clean over 200 timeS or summin, yet he came out of the fight looking better than JC.compubox seems to be your only resort when defending calzaghe's "victory"

Fine, but go back and look in slo-mo how many punches Hopkins throws and lands. Something tells me its a lot lower than Calzaghe'speople on here have actually gone back in slo-mo and counted the number of real landed punches landed by calzaghe and it's pitiful
I watched the fight. Scored it 115-112 for Calzaghe.try watching the fight with your eyes instead of needing compubox as an excuse to say your hometown hero wonComment

Very true, but what does that prove? Calzaghe has had a lot of hand trouble over the years. Its not a requirement that you must leave your mark on somebodies face to win a fight.Didnt compu box try to tell people hopkins got hit clean over 200 timeS or summin, yet he came out of the fight looking better than JC.Comment

something tells me you need to watch it again and focus on where the punches are landing not just watch the arms moving. moving your arms in a punching/slapping motion doesn't mean you are landing cleanly no matter what the crowd thinks/lampley says.Comment

you really believe that pathetic excuse. he NEVER had power. watch his early fights he fights the same exact way. slappy windmilling maniac. all his stoppages the other guy is never hurt even if he gets hit cleanly a bunch of times.Comment

Read my point again: Calzaghe landed more accurate punches than Hopkins did.
You keep saying Calzaghe didn't win the fight, but please explain what Hopkins did to be so deserving of victory? Why was he feigning low blows when he was winning so clearly in your eyes?Comment
