not really since eubank wasn't even ranked at supermiddle when calzaghe fought him and he got a gift against hopkins.

Dawson could be said to have got a gift against Johnson in the same way

Tarver was further past it than Eubank... the evidence is in the fight, and we'll see how Tarver looks in the rematch to safely class him as completely over the hill

you think calzaghe was more accurate? how is throwing 1000 slaps and only having about 3 clean lands in a whole fight accurate? WHICH PLANET YOU LIVING ON. faking low blows? since when was it fake? he clearly hit him low. calzaghe even said he did it on purpose cause he's such a loser. i'm wondering if you actually watched the fight. i'm thinking no if you can't even remember simple details. maybe you watched it in WELSHVISION where everytime calzaghe throws a punch an explosion sounds.

I have his early fights and while he did tend to throw his slappy hooks even then, they were thrown with much more conviction.

all his stoppages the other guy is never hurt even if he gets hit cleanly a bunch of times
*Sarcastic* Really? All of his fights? Slight exaggeration don't you think. I might remind you of the Mitchell fight. Got dropped, got up and knocked the guy out in the same round. Not bad for a slappy windmill.

                TKO and premature at that.

an opponent with a reputed strong chin, being severely hurt by Calzaghe

no one's saying Calzaghe went from Foreman to Locche overnight... but he had respectable power before his hands started to badly suffer from the wear and tear

eubank hadn't won a meaningful fight in over 3 years. tarver just beat clinton woods for the ibf title. the evidence is in the fight? dawson dominated him cause dawson is good. so by your logic pavlik is past it cause hopkins dominated him.
