Well Calderon is getting up in years. But, Gonzales has fought one guy that wasn't a complete stiff, so I'd say he's a small Valero at this point. No telling how good he really is.

How can you batter something you can't hit? Thats the same thing people were saying about Pernell Whitaker when he fought Chavez. People forget that Pernell was a 3-1 underdog walking into the ring...

People thought Chavez would batter him and stop him. You can't batter a boxer like Ivan Calderon just as you cannot batter a boxer like Pernell Whitaker.
