Wake! Ivan Calderon is #1 P4P

Ivan Calderon IS the #1 P4P fighter in the world.

14 title defenses at minimum weight, 3 defenses at light flyweight. The slickest southpaw since Pernell Whitaker. Magnificent timing, fantastic footwork, incredibly accurate punching.

Nobody comes close to being able to do in the ring what Ivan Calderon can do.

He would lose to Roman Gonzalez imo. Calderon is good, one of the best of the sport, but he doesn't deserved to be ranked higher then 10 until he conquers 108, which is a lot better division then 105 was when he was dominating it.

alright im gonna say this but i know im gonna get alot of **** for it....

he is great and undefeated 32-0 is awesome, but only 6 knockouts does not make him a great fighter. He cant pull the trigger and put people down which a number one pound for pound fighter should be able to do

It shows you how talented he really is. He doesn't have power, but boxes the **** out of everyone.

That should impress you more than someone who's worse but has got the god given gift of power.

Calderon earned his props for his skill alone.

                He's definitely pfp material.

Ivan Calderon can't pull the trigger? That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. He doesn't knock people out because he is small even for a minimum weight.

Didn't stop him from staggering Nelson Dieppa

The sad truth is that most of the people that put Calderon down have never watched him fight. If they had, they would know how ****** the things they say about him sound.

So Bernard Hopkins, who only has 1 stoppage in his last 10 fights is not a great fighter? Willie Pep, Benny Leonard, Pernell Whitaker, etc were not great fighters? Even old Floyd, with 5 stoppages in his 12 fights above 130 is not a great fighter?
