I'm not a fan of Lampley at all. He's influenced so many viewers with his bull****, calling phantom punches, talking about something else when the house fighter isn't doing well and basically reading off a script instead of watching the fight.

Yer true. But Lampley is the voice of boxing on HBO. If he started going wild if Gomez was beating the **** out of Cotto HBO would probably sack him for not playing down the beating of one of their biggest draws.
