Oscar retire man. You have had a long and great career. Your family should be the most important thing in your life right now. You have left lots of great memories for the sport of boxing. It's time to hang them up.

Which other star fought the contenders that fans wanted him to see, he fought the vargas's, the trinidad's, the chavez's, the whitiker's. The mayweather's, the gatti's, the camacho's, the mosely's everyone in their prime that we wanted him to fight... He never backed down. Now how can we judge him off this loss... We can't, if he fights i will cheer for him and if he walks away i will cheer for him as well. Fighters now a days wished they had the heart that oscar has and most of all the fans that oscar has... I say one more fight! Let it all out! Like paulie told rocky,"let go of that beast once and for all" one more oscar i'm with you and i'm sure other boxing fans will follow,,,,
hmm.. well the thing is Boxing is not Basketball. Boxing is already a great sport before DLH's time. I just did not like what happened to boxing at the time, where popularity pays more than skills. Say for example when DLH should face a champion... perhaps an undefeated, undisputed, entertaining fighter, and if I have not over exaggerated it enough make that fighter the #1 P4P. The challenger DLH gets 30-50million while the champ gets 10-20million...how can this be? And this is a factor why boxing struggles.

But personally, as a DLH fan back when I was just a kid. I give him much credit and honor and gratitude for entertaining us boxing fans.

Retire or Fight?... it does not really matter. After all I'm a boxing fan...not a boxer's fan.
