Who would have Hatton sued? Nobody, because the country of jurisdiction is in question. Also, he would not have sued Pacquiao because Manny has the final say in his life.
You've got serious issues with being on topic and in context and it's profoundly effected your views in a biased way.

You've not responded to the several outlined factual reasons Hatton brings as much or more to the table thus justifying that split of the pot.

You've just ranted off topic showing you have no answer but totally off topic stuff fuelled by some odd humanitarian vibe your on, when talking about a boxing match.

My arguement is that Manny Pacquiao is pound for pound the best and the main draw here. In the De La Hoya fight, Oscar already established himself as a legend and future Hall of Famer. Manny was challenging Oscar's mistique and strengthening his resumee although he was considered pound for pound. That is 1 out of 2 factors.

In a Ricky Hatton fight, Ricky is chasing his legacy. While Manny has sealed it, a win for Hatton is means much more for him. There for Manny is the draw and pound for pound best. Manny's reputation is drawing Hatton to him not the other way around.

He didn't **** on anyone to achieve that - if anything I gained respect for him that time. It's not comparable to this negotiation, IMO.

I'm just stating my honest opinions and I'm not crying! The world won't end if the fight doesn't come off, and it almost certainly will come off anyway. Whatever deal they finally sign will be fine by me, but I have honestly lost respect for Pac because of the way he has treated Arum and Roach (and indirectly, Hatton).

          Why Pacman is different..

I've been watching Pacman fight since his early 20's and He was exciting to watch until now. He definetely deserves a better payday on all his upcoming fight because He just likes to fight not beacuse He is the P4P King. What separates Manny from other boxers is that money was never an issue.
JMM refused to fight Pacman before because he thought that He was not getting a fair share of the pot and decided to fight Chris John for a lot less money and end up losing the fight and that loss stalled his boxing career, fighting and losing to a high caliber boxer is a lot better that winning over a less popular opponent because you gain experience and boxing fans will talk about it for a long time. JMM, was a total idiot for being money greedy. If he fought Pacman before for less money the first time he was offered. He would probably be the P4P king right now.
As for Pac< he just fight and fought on untill he got in to this stage with a very minimal money issue AND WE HOPE YOU KEEP IT THAT WAY...MANNY ARE YOU READING THIS...
Don't let you advisers ruin your reputation as the PACMAN as a true Filipino hero.
Pacman deserves all the money he can get and he is getting it. Stay humble and you will keep on winning besides fighting Hatton is a winnable aside from making good money out of it.
After all, boxers other that Hatton is going to be a tough fight and definetly less money. Filipinos are famous of corrupting other Filipinos. Dont be one of them mess you up.

Well if Arum insist a 52/48 deal, its better for Pacman to throw that contract in the garbage can. LOL......

Pacman should start looking for another opponent, May 2 is still far from now and Pacman can prepare for a tough fight for that date.
