you are full of crap when you say he just did this. lets get it straight he is an all time great. name me another fighter to fight from fly to welter. only pac and henry armstrong have fought in three differnt weight divisions in one year. only 9 fighters in history have managed to win 4 world titles in different divisions. plus he is a 5 weight champ, he has fought more hof's than most and involved in classics. you need to leave the hate out the door.

I think the point is that he never fought the best at 122,126,135,147 but that's ok.
He did go 1-1 against JMM. He just never fought guys that were better than Morales and Barrera and less miles on them and were champs of those divisions at the time.

But that turned out to be smart because he made more money the way his promoters did it.

The third Morales was fight was simply for money (Morales had lost to Raheem and had looked like **** ). same with second Barrera fight (had already lost to JMM and was on the decline for a while. Diaz was the champ the weakest champ of 135.

I think his legacy comes from his battles with JMM and the first Barrera fight.

I don't blame him for kicking DLH's ass and making that money. DLH was as usual full of **** and made me lose money on that one.

JMM got his full credit fighting Marco, just a fight before, why PAC cant get his credit rematching barera...

Both Erik & Marco also wanted those rematches and trilogies, it was their right to ask them and it was smart move for them to pass their legacies to the next big thing (PAC) and earn a lot of monies at the same time
