If Pacquaio can't accept 50/50 it shows he doesnt care about legacy.

However, Manny is already a rich man and doesn't have to "jump for the OPPORTUNITY" to fight Hatton. If Manny was British he would have gotten 60-40 easily.

Nah, ricky is a good guy. this is business, not nationalistic chauvinism.

    they are both good blokes.

don't read more into it than it is. negotiating the best way you can.

LoL, fighting Hatton does NOTHING for him. Who is Hatton now? Is he even on a P4P ranking? He was already TKOed by Floyd which makes any win by Manny less appealing unless he dominates him even moreso. Manny just wants the biggest paychecks he can get now before leaving. It's no secret he wants out soon and wants to make the most money possible. I don't blame him. It's sad that only now people will notice him, but he's been doing a lot since 2003. His legacy has been cemented already. Anything else is really the tip of the iceberg. I say get the most money now and bounce.

When PAC gave OLDH a beatdown last december, he already carved his "Boxing Legacy" in granite stones. The fight with Hatton is more of "financial stability" rather than legacy. Hatton has more to gain in this fight than Manny, so he should also giveway more financially.

Are you comparing there level of opposition in the past few years? Pac is a LOT smaller than Floyd.

you are full of crap when you say he just did this. lets get it straight he is an all time great. name me another fighter to fight from fly to welter. only pac and henry armstrong have fought in three differnt weight divisions in one year. only 9 fighters in history have managed to win 4 world titles in different divisions. plus he is a 5 weight champ, he has fought more hof's than most and involved in classics. you need to leave the hate out the door.
