Are u telling me that he cant just go down 2 more to make this fight? If he doesnt, that would be a bit rediculous if u ask me.
I agree.50-50 is a fair deal, and the way it should be.both will earn a ton of money, both are fantastic fighters, real fighters who leave it all in the ring.because of their styles this could be one of the greatest tear ups of all time and it will be a travesty if this fight doesnt happen because of something ****** like percentages.Make it even.MAKE IT HAPPEN! Its fights like this one and fights like marg-cotto that could give boxing some of its lost lustre back, and no matter who you support,if you care about boxing then you care about this fight happening.

I know Pac is bigger than God in the Philippines, and if given the opportunity, you would let him smear peanut butter all over you, but lets be sensible. Unless Floyd comes out of retirement, there is no bigger fight for Pac besides Hatton. Hatton can make millions fighting in his hometown in front of 50k+ fans.

Maybe not as big as what he would get from a Hatton match-up and maybe he even gets DESTROYED (I know to a lot of people it's suicide just like with Oscar BEFORE the fight..hehe) but...

Margarito-Pacquiao (Manny thinks he can beat him)
Cotto-Pacquiao (If Manny thinks he can beat Tony...)
            Marquez-Pacquiao (There's always this possibility)

            and of course...

            Mayweather-Pacquiao (Manny has confirmed talks)

would all generate, in my impression at least, huge buys. Whether he can win these fights is another matter but hey... it's Pac.

still... if pac is looking for bigger purse... here's my order....

              1- mayweather vs pac
              2- hatton vs pac
              3- cotto vs pac
              4- margie vs pac

Nah I wouldn't let him smear anything on me no matter how big a fan I am. In fact, I'll put him in the back of my mind once he stops being a boxer and becomes a full time politician.

My question is: Why does it have to be a BIGGER fight than Hatton? He'll still end up getting a ton of moolah even if Ricky ends up raking in Pounds with a bulldozer back in Manchester fighting whomever.

margie, cotto are calling him out not for money.. but because of his current p4p status...

thats what they are looking from with manny p4p status.. not money.. because honeslty... he doesnt bring it.... yet...

at least ... the money hasnt been reflected on ppv numbers.
