    bro hav u ever boxed?
if ur gettin countered everytime u throw ur not exactly gonna start lettin dem fly r u? any1 would get hesitant. the whole point of boxing is to hit and not be hit. not see who take the most punches. Roy showed heart to even get back in da ring wid tarver after gettin knocked out like that. if u wanna break it down roy showed heart to even turn professional after wot happened to him in the amatuers. alot of guys would have been so crushed they would hav walked away.

Well theres a point in where your dehydrated, at 35.... and suffering knockout losses... by the time your past the dehydration and your a natural 175 lber again... youve only aged even more..

He always seemed more of a safety first fighter.

u can re watch the johnson fight here.. theres a diffference in having heart, and being physically unable to do what you could once do... even in that fight, he tried to come back with combos "at times" you could tell he was pretty much doing everything his body would allow him

**** thread....Anybody that fights a rematch after getting knocked out has heart, I don't care who it is. Look at Miguel Cotto. He probably won't fight Margarito again, I doubt it. Jones got knocked out bad against Tarver and fought a good fight in the rematch.

I agree about the physicality part, doesnt seem to have the same stamina or something, who knows, but when you see hands let ago against a smaller Trinidad, it makes you wonder, therefore I think some of it is confidence, easy to have confidence against someone you dont think can hurt you.

its also less taxing on the body when comparing the pressure differences between blown up inactive trinidad and hungry glen johnson

He didn't lack heart, he lacked talent at that age. And he's ****ed in the head, if he thinks he's even in the top 50 p4p of the world now.

He didnt lack talent, or the skills... he lacked the ability to put those skills into action due to stamina.. he killed his body with weight loss and knockouts.

He didnt just forget everything he used to do, he just couldnt do it anymore.
