Why do you guys assume that these two events are even fighting for the same fan base ?


They aren't, contrary to what many of you believe.



Besides, those who do like both sports, and are interested in seeing both fights will be able to Tivo or record the HBO fight, and watch the Affliction fight live on PPV.

* I doubt many people from NSB will fall into this category though.

Oscar lovers give him your money! You know who u are!

What is funny is the Oscar lovers act like they don't know why or they just pass it off as "business"...like that's OK. You know when a mobster kills someone ..he usually says "its just business". Please, just because its business doesn't make it right. Some of these guys that dont mind filling Oscars pockets, should just do it quietly, stay in the closet so to speak. You guys do just that...stay in the closet and stop pitching for Oscar like one of his hoes. Oscar already flat out said his only goal is to make billionaire status. He probably will make it but I tell you this, he will make it on the Oscar lovers backs and pockets. He don't care about you, me, or your mother, his only concern are dead people......dead presidents to be exact. These same fan hoes are the ones that no matter who Oscar decides to fight, bum or not they pitch it as great or great money or great legacy. I'm just saying even for business it doesn't seem very smart. Even if only a fraction of the fans/customers overlap there is a loss. Also, two events on the same day means one of them gets less time put in than the other, and both get less than they could have.

But overall you are right, just look at the type of **** he has put on pay per view in the last couple of years, it is a ****ing shame.
