I really respect the MMA and I never diss them fans, but personally I can't even watch it. MMA is basically based of one thing that I don't like from boxing, holding.

Alright this is straight up dumb!!! Both kicking punching, and grappling originate from the same part of a person's brain and require the exact same hand eye cordination so what in the **** are you talking about.

And the reason the fights are shorter is simply because they are punching, kicking, and grappling at the same time.

This is my cousin... he was one win away from getting a UFC contract.. I dont know if you watch Ultimate fighter, but the Soczynski guy, my cousin was beating him and broke his foot in the second round and couldnt continue.. off that win over my cousin he got on and my cousin didnt.. to be honest bro Im a casual fan of MMA. I really think Dana White is the reason why so many people here hate MMA.
He talks all this **** about how boxing is corrupt and how they dont put on enough good shows. Then he goes on to say that there are way too many PPV in boxing. Well he is a hypocrite cause he is doing the exact same thing that promoters in boxing are doing.
He puts on a PPV once a month and its at UFC one million alreasy. Then he has nice fight cards but the top dogs in the MMA (Lesnar, Rampage, Randy C., Silva, my personal fav GSP!, ) and others that bring in the money are barely making 1 mill if that. So what the **** does White trash do with all the money.
MMA is a dangerous game and the fighters get paid **** to put their lives on the line. Look at tito ortiz who was only making 200,000 when he was the top dog. And everyone knows that Randy Coutre left because he was getting ****ed with no lube by Dana and teh UFC. the only reason they come back or continue to do it is cause they cant do anything else.
Its a proven fact that Dana is a ***** and he pays his fighters ****. He is no better than the oscars, arums, and don kings yet he has the balls to talk **** about them. I dont think so.
At least in boxing they get paid to smash their skulls in. In boxing you have two men fighting standing up all the time. In MMA you can lay on the ground for 14.5 out of the 15 minute match.
But for me personally it is the ***** Dana White that runs his ****en mouth way too much.
Once his so called sport has been around for as long and as popular as boxing has been then he or whoever takes over for him can run their mouths!

Six figure salaries and the endless advertising money the fighters get is far from ****. We just have become acustom to sports figures earning ungodly ammounts of money fopr some reason.


If you think about it 90% of boxers don't earn what the average MMA fighter makes and only maybe 5% of all boxers really get the shot at earning big money.

i do know about wrestling and MMA.... My cuz was one fight away from getting in the UFC.... I have trained with him before and seen him train...... I just cant seem to really like... Will I watch it? Yeah. But it is not really intriguing.

I know MMA. Alot about it..... i just dont see it as technical and smart and fluid as boxing.
