Calzaghe won a disputed decision to a 40+ year old and he was on the canvas in both his fights with Jones and Hopkins.

I think we can guess what happens in their primes.

The contradictory element I was referring to was that you said Prime Reid was worthwhile, but that Calzaghe looked like **** against him. But then I realised that yeah, Calz did look like **** against him, regardless. And yes, Reid was shot to **** against Lacy.

I think the Paler has more boxing skills than people give him credit for. He's no Sugar Ray or Danny Williams, but there's more subtlety to his work (sometimes) than people allow. He is ****ing ugly though.

        Your logic is impeccable.

All three of these fighters have good speed, footwork and can adapt! Joe was only suited for uneducated pressure and throwing a billion slap shots to gain olympic points victories against marginal competition and never looked good against a legitimate challenger.
Too bad his 40+ opponents didn't have you in their corner. You seem to have figured it out. Wonder why they didn't think of that first.

Too bad you are too dumb to see that this is word for word a parody thread.

I don't buy it buddy. What was the original thread that this is now a parody of? If you are just kidding about Joe's abilities, we're on the same page. And yes, I am dumb.

Default James toney was not on the level of jones.. hopkins and calzaghe
good fighter, very good fighter toney but he was no great. to beat toney you need good speed and movement, toney looked his best against fighters who only fought up close against him and didn't mix it up.

all three of these fighters have good speed, footwork and can adapt! toney was only suited for counter punching off the ropes and never looked good coming forward.

                  -------------

As for Joe I'd honestly Rank him like this:

                  1 Roy
                  2. Hops
                  3. Toney
                  4. Joe

Based on everything. A very good fighter but never proved he was great. That is all.

Difference is, they were in their prime
