Manny's fanbase stretches far outside of the Philippines, and he doesn't depend of Filipinos traveling from the Philippines like Ricky does with his fans.

I can hardly think of anyone here that is a Ricky Hatton fan, or many that even know of him to begin with.

Again, my point is that Manny has a more global appeal that is not limited to his countrymen. People love seeing this little guy fight. Not just Filipinos, and not just people in the Philippines.
