I disagree, i think this fight is too big for Pacman to say no too, he could fight Cotto for 70/30 and not make as much against Hatton 50/50.

hatton on the other hand could fight Cotto 50/50 and still make more than he could fighting Pacman 60/40.

And more to the point he would get MORE recognition and better legacy for beating Cotto than he could beating pacman, because you know full well if he beat Pacman every single Nuthugger of pacman has a bucket of excuses just waiting.

LMFAO, Why was his win over Lazcano controversial? He ****ing won 10/11 rounds for **** sake, he wasn't even knocked down.

Jesus christ, not only can fighters now not loose a fight without there whole reputation being smashed it seems like loosing a round also does no good!

        Winner Bradley/Holt for WBC/WBO
        Kotelnik for WBA
        Cotto
        Marg
        SSM
**** if Khan't flukes a win against MAB he could fight him.

Anyone of them know that Hatton brings $$ and to listen to half of you ****ers pacman KO's him in the first so who gives a toss if he losses to Cotto/Marg/SSM?

Oh and for those saying Hatton has no opitons,

          Cotto
          Marquez
          Mayweather

Those 3 would all fight him ahead of Pacman.

who cares about ricky's drawing power and his popularity wil make the purse bigger. he does not deserve a 50-5- split with the p4p king. its 60-40 for pac or there's no fight.

I swear u gotta be the biggest dumbass on this post. WTF r u talking about. Do u really think Bob aRUM (who has the legal right & authority to negotiate on Manny's behalf) Did so w/out informing his fighter of his plans???? What r u talking. about? I believe manny should do wut he think is best for him. But this is 1 part bravado. 1 part promotion. they miight even go as far as calling the bout off in order to build more demand & buzz. Ricky is the biggest "proven" draw n boxing next to DLH. MAnny needs Ricky to make a mega fight. His country brings weak revenue. & Nobody is supporting him here on a grand scale yet. He's p4p but he's not the big dog in the yard yet. He hasn't even been hit by anyone at or above 135 yet. He doesn't even kno wif he can compete @ 140. Hatton is going to shock the world w/ this one.

Rewind the clock to when Morales beat Pac. Their were no excuses from Pac fans for that lose. Pac admitted that the cut did affect him. Dont forget he avenged that loss 2x with TKO's

I highly doubt Hatton would move back up to 147 especially for Cotto. Cotto has a career to rebuild and a big fight in the summer with Margarito. A slim chance for a Cotto and Hatton clash. Hatton is staying at 140 and its the only weight class he will be dominate at. Where are his options?
