Tyson was awesome early in his career, but showed little resolve as a fighter and a person when things started to go bad for him.

i honestly belive this,so dont kill me for it...but in his prime,tyson was the best of all time!

i think he could of taken anyone one out,but then he ****ed up BIG TIME!!!
so over all i dont think he is even in the top 10,but in tearms of his prime...no one even comes close!!!

Potential

Tyson had the potential to be regarded as one of the best heavyweights of all time but sadly for him and all that watched him, due to tysons personal demons he failed to live up to the potential.

I put him n my top 10 heavyweights of all time, but near the end of the list. Ali,foreman,holmes,marciano,louis etc all naturally wud be ahead of him.

Im not sure he could of beaten a prime george foreman though. U saw what he did to smokin joe and joe was heavyweight champ at the time havin beatin ali.

I think he beats frazier due to his incredible head movement and footwork, but it would b a hell of a fight.

I rank Tyson about 10th all time. But even if Cus had lived, Tyson wasn't mentally wired for longevity. You've either got it, or you don't. He had problems while Cus was alive with most being swept under the carpet. With D'amato here or gone, it was only a matter of time.
