Having browsed the search forum for half an hour i found in the four or five threads i found from before the fight that the consensus was that hatton was going to be KO'd by Castillio.

And I'm sure that after searching the forums for a half an hour, I could find four or five threads that suggest exactly the opposite. What's your point?

its easy to say that castillo in his prime would've hit hatton with some really good punches and prolly make it the war people were expecting, instead we saw castillo just stand in front and get stopped in 4 rounds..

that I only read 4 or 5 and ALL of them had the majority saying castillio was going to win, like 80-20.

but hey if you can put in castillio vs hatton and find different results from the same search engine you go ahead.

Threads from before the fight only please.

for teh record i'm in the Castillio was shot when he foiught Hatton club, but denying that most of NSB said castillio was going to win is a little silly given the fact that you can go back and read fore yourself that opposite is the case.

Agreed which is why I give as little credit to hatton for Castillio as I do pacman for Oscar.

              That's obviously a tad silly, isn't it?

Do you two honestly not think the zillions of amateur bouts that Casamayor had cut his career a little shorter than someone with much less amateur experience?
age aint nothing but a number yes, but to say casamayor was past his prime aint right because he hadnt lost in years... also, the sta cruz fight was his comeback fight and was rusty ass hell, come on now, u actually believe he was well prepared for that fight?, not take take anything away from sta cruz but get real...

what i was saying in the first place was that i hate people who overrate their favorite fighters win over a shot and past primed opponent LIKE ricky hatton over castillo in which YOU agree he was shot... if u followed Marquez's career u can see hes not the same as he was before..

btw: i mentioned pacquiao/dlh for the fact that pacquiao gets undeserved credit for beating a "SHOT" DLH.. or are you gonna argue with me here too that he isnt?... **** theres some people that say that ANY oscar would of lost to Pacquioa i mean come on! even the oscar that fought Trinidad or Vargas? or Mosley????!? people need a reality check

im guessing for beating Corrales in the rematch but the first fight took everything Castillo had and basically what ruined his career.
