Pacquaio is doind great at bussines, even tho Hatton brings like a million brits to America, still this is the only big fight that can Happend for Hatton at this moment. Hatton Floyd 2 wont sell that good. So he either take what make is asking or he will have to wait, for either Margarito or Cotto who can make him similar money as Pacquaio, but not quite. And I doubt he will risk getting **** up by one of those 2 for a big payday, but who knows. In the other hand Pacquaio can fight PBF who would be bigger than Hatton-Pacquaio or JMM 3 or as well Pacquaio can wait for either Cotto or Margarito. Pacquiao have more options right now than Hatton, thats why Hatton will have to take a 60-40 split, or risk his ass against Cotto or Margarito!!!!!!!

Whether its the only big fight or not Hatton can still make his money elsewhere. Pacquiao as we ALL know cant. Hatton can fight a 140 guy and then still fight Mayweather again, Hatton has more options than Pacquiao cause he's the biggest draw in the sport outside Oscar.

Ricky made far more money fighting Lazcano in Manchester than he did from fighting Castillo in Vagas, he also made more from fighting Tzsyu in the M.E.N than he did from fighting Malinaggi in the MGM Grand.

Ricky could fill Wembley stadium easily, that 77,000 fans (don't listen to the 100k numbers wembley is only certificated for 80k and loses 3k for none football events.)

This is why we rarely see two opponents of the same level fighting in their primes. Boxing is killing itself. There should be strict rules on ppv shares and cuts of purse. Like 60-40 for the winner or 50-50. That's why Dana White is a blessing for MMA. Boxing doesn't have a Dana White and that's why we don't see most of the best fighters together in the same ring, when they are both on the top of their games.

People here missing the most important point. The casinos are paying so much for this fight because of the amount of fans Hatton brings over to spend money in them.
