Another clown making a thread whining about why Joe doesn't get the respect he deserves.

Like I said, how can anyone take these people seriously?

Yeah he fought a guy who was faded shot to pieces and done 4 years earlier and called himself a LEGEND KILLER and his fans (guys like you) think that the only reason I said Roy was shot was because I can't give Joe any credit.

OR it could be the Roy was brutally horribly shot, no matter how Joe's fans attempt to spin it.

FROM The link this ****ing toolbox gave us:

"Jones claims he is the greatest and if you are you should travel and let your talent be seen."

Before contemplating the awesome challenge of Jones, Calzaghe will need to be wary of former WBC Champion Woodhall, though.

Woodhall recognises that it could be his last chance to win another world title belt.

"At 32 I'm not going to get many more opportunities, so it's a make-or-break fight without a doubt," he said.
        "

So of course these ****ing douches Joe and Warren wanted Roy to come to HIM.

Back to my original point for nutsuckers of Joe: Why should the pound for pound champ come and fly out to fight some trinket WBO belt holder who is fighting Richie Woodhalls of the world...

And building a reputation in his backyard? Ha! 20+ of his fights have been in England. If you've been to the UK you'll understand a Welshman fighting in England is hardly in his backyard. Many of his fights have been in front of rascist idiots like yourself: . Please, if you don't like him, can you just give a mature answer without resorting to childish, petty insults.

At least in my original post, I went through his career and pointed out the things he's accomplished. I'm not a 'nuthugger' as some people call it, I'm simply objective. I'm not saying he's the greatest fighter since Sugar Ray Leonard or that he would have beaten a prime RJJ, I'm just pointing out that he's a world class act who should be more respected by US fans (and probably would have had he been born in Philadelphia).

Man STFU. My guess is you weren't even following boxing back then because if you were, you wouldn't even talk this nonsense.
Whether or not I was following boxing in the mid 1990s is irrelevant. I am capable of reading which means I can find about thinks from yesteryear believe it or not. Mind blowing concept isn't it?

Okay wow you are hilarious. That article doesn't say anything at all.

Again why does the P4P champ get accused of ducking a trinket WBO champ at a weight below him.

You are hilarious. You read "Warren will fly out next week" and turned that into ROY DUCKED JOE.

And you claim to be objective. Go write another ****ing novel about your boyfriend Joe
And no I didn't say that the article proved my point. What I was trying to imply was that Calzaghe wanted to fight RJJ/Hopkins in their prime, but never had the opportunity. With RJJ/Calzaghe it is a little less clear what happened. But it is a known fact that Hopkins agreed to fight then came back the next day asking for double the money. That is not a lie.

The bottom line is that andrewcuff and the rest of these clowns weren't following boxing back then. If they were, they wouldn't even make these dumbass comments. It's so obvious, it's laughable.

See this is what i'm talking about BZ i've never claimed that Calzaghe is a legend killer and have often said that the Jones fight was about $$ for both of them and didn't mean anything.

But you cannot deny he fought multiple people who are or where world champions and the vast majority of his opponents where in the age that boxers would be considered "live" opponents.

that was the ONLY point i made and you side track with some BS totally unrelated to my comment, that I have made clear I agreed with many times before.

RJJ killed himself getting to HW and result after which aren't worth much, certainly nothing like what they would have been before his trip up.

And so far you've provided NOTHING. NOTHING. Except show that you're another biased clown. Where do you see that Jones was offered something? Where do you read that he turned it down?

                  GTFOH.

Okay brace yourself now, because you're probably going to be shocked by this: ROY JONES JR WAS SHOT WHEN CALZAGHE FOUGHT HIM AND THE VICTORY MEANS NOTHING.

There you are: OBJECTIVITY. I am a fan not a 'nuthugger'. I am capable of deducing which wins were good and which were not. Wins over Eubank, Reid, Woodhall, Mitchell, Lacy, Kessler and Hopkins are good, legacy building victories. Wins such as RJJ/Manfredo etc are not.

Yup. Joe fans are mostly recent boxing converts. It's pathetic and transparent.
This was a guy who said this

"I could probably give Jones a tough fight, probably the best fight he's ever had," said Calzaghe. "But I know my capabilities and unless I got paid the crown ***els I wouldn't want to risk it."

But Jones was ducking him. Sure -whatever.

Remember Joe's fans are guys like Ricky and Tunney
