Mayweather called out a lot of guys, just to make it appear that he's not ducking them. If there's a will there's a way, specially if there's big money to be had for both sides. I can even point you to articles that say Mayweather ducked Freitas.

Mayweather brackets himself in the same league as the fighters I mentioned in my last post, which he is not. How much money do you think manny could make if he fought in manilla? Floyd could have fought margarito for the same money he got with baldomir but he didn't.
