        I never seen ANY of the Olympics and have never seen DeGale fight but from his apperances on Bunceys Boxing hour and the other ints ive seen i just dont like em.

            degale was just defending himself for the comments made by those two, the title makes it seem as though he is dissing the two of them. i think degale has great skill, obviously, he won gold at the olympics, we will just have to wait and see how his game adjusts to the pros

                i dont think calzaghe and haye have done anything else but say that being a successful amateur doesn't mean anything in the pro game. it used to be in such a way that if you were a good amateur or if you'd won gold then you were mor less guaranteed to be pretty good in the pro's.

                these days its not the same look at fighters like fraudley and khan. they were both pretty damn good at the olympics but have never really made an impact in their divisions. khan looks like he might accomplish something but his faults are well documented.

                i dont JC or haye were attacking degale but instead having a go at the way the bouts are scored in the amateurs.
