Jin once resonded to a previous thread on here saying that because Shane has learned his craft in the predominantly Mexican boxing hot bed which is Southern California, he knows how to fight against the Mexican "come forward" style and that will be to his advantage when he fights Antonio Margarito.
What you all think about this? Could Shane be so comfortable with the Mexican pressure style that he's got a few tricks in his bag and surprise us all come January 24th?
From Fight News:
Mosley poised for Margarito!
Sugar Shane Mosley says he won’t make the same mistakes Miguel Cotto made when he faces WBA welterweight champion Antonio Margarito on Saturday night in Los Angeles. “Cotto was not familiar with what Margarito brings to the table and I’m familiar with it because I’ve been brought up in California where I fought a lot of Mexican fighters and I know that type of style,” stated Mosley. “I know how to pace myself, how to win rounds. I’m basically a California fighter, I know how to go to the body, as well….I’m going to exploit him with the hand speed and the foot speed, I’m not saying I’m moving away from him and running and trying to get away from him, I’m not trying to really get away from him. Like I always do, I try to get my shots in.”
