ok well i truely apologize if you really are just stating your opinions. There's just too many margarito hate around here for no reason. And I'll be honest by saying I didn't even now you had pac in your avi until i looked at it right now. I can respect un biased mature posts and arguments. Feel free to reply to my first post in this thread and we can debate like grown ups something rare on these boards.

I aint got much to argue since my brains tell me its a very tall order for SHANE really..MARG is a beast....Im simultaneously checking now another thread about an appreciation thread for KERMIT CINTRON and know that i realised it...WOAH KERMIT is BIG BIG Puncher and he did not even hurt MARG!!!!wtf

Now come to think of it Im having second thoughts on Shane on my opinion knocking out MARG in the late rounds. Maybe im pushing it a little bit farther by saying Shane can knock him out..i just dont know, there is this thought it might happen....It can... nothing is impossible..Marg's Chin is not made of Iron isnt it? ..well if not a unanimous decision for Shane is not far fetched also...just that there is this little devil in my back calling for a Shane victory although all indication point to MARG....

If Shane fights even remotly like he did against Mayorga he's toast! I think Sugar is spent, he has been around along time now and had his fair share of tough fights, Cotto put alot of heavy shots on him and that could have been Mosleys lst great performance.

I can see him getting really beat up from the middle stages on and getting stopped for the very first time down the stretch, which will be sad! The guy just gets tagged too easy these days.


Having said that he still has good hand speed and he has fought bigger stronger men before in Vargas and Winky, Shane has a shot but im backing Tony.

If Shane fights a lot like an older version of Shane... with high stamina, 50 clenches a round, but doesn't brawl much... he can win. I always thought Hatton vs Shane wouldf been such a lovely fight, stylewise.


Also, I remember people were talking about the comment Mosley made about his pain tolerance, " I can take more punishment then Cotto." They were saying he'd lose because of that mindset, knowing he'd take as much or more punishment from Margo. I think it's the complete opposite. If he can last the 12, and he knows it, he'd got the confidence and mindset to last 12. The rest is his attributes, which we all know, and if used properly he can win.

I see Margarito walking through Shane just like he walked through Cotto... Margie knows his game... It will be cat and mouse all the same.. If it isn't cat and mouse its a ****y shane...
Remember, to a lot of judges, technical boxing doesn't win a round... If Shane is getting em in... but Margie is hurting shane bad, Margies gonna be taking rounds.. He's liek a brick wall

As I said, contrary to common belief, I think if Shane traded bombs with Margo in the middle rounds it could prove favorable to Shane....

You see its like this....If Shane stood toe to toe with Margo and MARGO did not hurt him, could MARG offer something more for him to win the fight other than HIS FAMOUS CHIN? Of course Shane would move a round for the first few rounds of the fight but knowing him and his tendencies he would stick AROUND IN THE POCKET AND TRADE BOMBS.HE DID THIS WITH FERNANDO VARGAS AND MAYORGA WHO ALTHOUGH ARE BOTH PAST PRIME AT THE TIME OF THEIR RESPECTIVE FIGHTS WITH SHANE,STILL ARE BIG PUNCHERS,with both of them having ONE PUNCH ERASER and probably is much more stronger than MARGO.

Saying this, if Shane gains the confidence in taking MARG punches from the early rounds, this will be a more competitive fight and my heart tells me SHANE will put on a good performances worthy of mention in months to come.

BUt like I TOLD YOU MARG IS ONE HELL OF A FIGHTER LIKE MY BOY PAC tenacity and resiliency could win it for him. I COULD BE WRONG YOU KNOW....
