All right everybody calm down. If the money was right Floyd would fight his mother, so drop the drama. I dont want to see him come out of retirement anyway. If he fights pacman he would find a way to frustrate the poor guy so badly he would loss his cool and end up like hatton on the floor,pacmans great but he doesn't have the right skill set. If floyd losses his mind and goes after Margrito (the middle weight hidding at 147), all that would happen is a bunch of pop shotting and enough holding to make Margrito start complaing in english.Making for a boring fight that would only end in floyed being champ again and cotto being next in line for a twelve round boxing lesson that nobody would enjoy anyway. So if we can lets just keep mayweather retired, He is one of the best boxers ever but what the sport needs right now is a fight.

Floyd Mayweather vs. Ricky Hatton was one of the best fights in the past few years....it was the most exciting fight of 2007 and 2008. The fact that he knocked him out in beautiful, artistic fashion is the icing on the cake. Of course a comeback is good for boxing.

It didn't seem biased to me. The message was simple, if Floyd wants to return just get a check to beat up on Manny then he should stay retired. If he wants to return to restart his career and not to return just for one fight, then he should come back.
