It's happening slowly but surely. When they got TV for the first time, the opening fighters were doing 2 and 2. That was ****. Now they're doing something around 15 and 15. If thing go right, opening fighters would get 40 and 40 by 2010.

Yet, his opinion still matters to others when it comes to morals and ethics. Incredible.
EliteXC. OH! You mean that MMA promotion run by that Boxing promoter and his coked out son. That MMA promotion that paid a streetfighter with no ground game ten times more then real MMAists and to make sure this streetfighter won, put him up against bums and paid them off to keep fights standing. That MMA promotion that pushed only one female MMAist and had her fight in a division she had problems making weight for. That MMA promotion that bought up MMA promotions to make sure Dana White couldn't mine from them and did NOTHING with them. This same MMA promotion that even in bankrupcy, won't let fighters go and make ****ing money because Gary Shaw is a ****ing greedy PIG WHO DESERVES EVERYTHING THAT ****ING COMING TO HIM!!

Rashad Evans made 190k for fighting in the main event of one of the biggest UFC shows of the year, only reason he made that much was because he got a 60k bonus for fight of the night.

2 fighters on the card made 4k

        1 fighter made 5k

        1 fighter made 7k

The total payout to all the fighter came to 1.1 million, the live gate was 3.4 million that does not include the sponsorship the UFC gets with Budlight,Harley Davidson,Bull**** movie previews and PPV revenue.

        http://sherdog.com/news/news/evans-e...t-ufc-92-15623

Juan Manuel Marquez made 1 million and Joel Casamayor made 600k for a fight that sold 100k in PPV, who's the promoter that ****s people over again??

Dana White should shut the **** up already, if MMA was under the Ali act all his contracts would be illegal and it would break up his monopoly.

Right. Anyway, explain to me why Dana White claims to want his fighters to ONLY fight the best, yet wasn't willing to pay Fedor Emelianenko enough money. He was the best heavyweight available to fight Randy Couture, but was such a tight wad bastard, that he robbed fans of the fight they wanted to see. And a fighter that America wanted to see, NOW.

Are you even figuring in under table money and endorsements?

Never trust what info Dana puts out on pay, because it's going to be way more then you think.

And you know this, because apparently, you're under the table, licking White's balls.

Like you're doing on this forums.

I can only post what the athletic commission releases, Delahoya probably made 50 million against Pacquiao but I can only say he made 26 million confirmed. Bringing up endorsements and under the table money is an easy way Dana White justifies paying the fighter jack ****.

That's easy. He doesn't want another Jackson/Liddell 1. He doesn't want his brand looking like a fool when M-1's top fighter beats the **** out of his own.

Plus he's not keen on career martial artists.

We say that UFC fighter ar eapid peanuts compared to the 'top' boxers........ but i bet at the intermediate and lower level they are being paid more.

Come on guys we are fans of the sport..... fighters getting more money is not our problem. We want to get value for money when it comes to paying to see our fav fighters in action.

Dana is dead right...... plus ufc is accesible to the average fan when it comes to actually attended fights, top boxing matches with terrible undercards (Jones-Trinidad, Jones-Calzaghe, DLH- PacMan, All Ricky Hatton fights) are too expensive for the average blue collar earner earner to attend.

Would you rather see oscar paid $30m with a **** undercard or see that money spread around for a couple of decent undercard fights?????

So, what you're telling me is.. When boxing promoters pad their fighters records, and keep them safe. It's bad.

When Dana White does it, it's smart business?
