Am I a southpaw or orthodox? (video)

I feel more comfortable in the Southpaw stance but have considerably less power in my left than my right. Infact if I hit my friend with the right I could probably have knocked him down even with the head gear on but it's difficult to set up shots with the left jab and I'm very vulnerable.

PS: I know I'm not that good. So give me some tips as well. Some praise would be appreciated too (you know, for the sake of my ego )

well first off all, drop that fancy(corny) show-off technique and stick to a standard discipline and you might figure out what works better for you

I'm the guy in the grey jumper.

It's light sparring. It's actually been crazy in the past without headgear; bloody noses, black eyes and everything.

That said, I'm very very rusty, that's my first sparring attempt for a while. I used to go to the gym and spar regularly but factors like work, social life and general laziness have reduced me to 'this'.

PS: The guy in the headgear weighs 180lbs or around 13 stone for the UK audience.

Man I don't want to hurt your feelings...Just the simple stuff. Step in when you throw the jab, keep your hands up, chin low,

When you throw a straight make sure your shoulder covers yours chin

Judging fro that video I really couldn't tell you if you should fight southpaw or orthodox
