Alexander Alexeev to fight for WBO interim title on Jan 17

It was announced this morning that Alexander Alexeev (WBO #2 cruiserweight) will fight Victor Emilio Ramirez (WBO #9) for the interim WBO cruiserweight title on Jan 17 in Dusseldorf, Germany.

The winner of Jonathan Banks vs. Enzo Maccarinelli for the regular WBO title will need to face the winner of Alexeev vs. Ramirez later in the year.

Alexander Alexeev is the most talented in the cruiserweight division, in my opinion.

He's David Haye with better stamina and chin.

It's not been resheduled yet, hopefully soon.

Frank Warren seems kind of lazy about getting things done sometimes.

This should be good, Alexeev is a pretty good fighter with lots of power and pretty good basics.

Alexeev looks like a good prospect but i don't see him being better than Haye as yet.

I believe Alexeev will defeat Enzo when they fight.
