The odds are against the latter happening..

Wlad is held to unobtainable standards by fools so like you.. so you can justify your hate..
No hate for Wlad. He has fought everyone there is to fight. But that doesn't change the fact that he has not been pressured by these fighters the way they should in order to win. But that is not his fault, he does what he has to do and ends the fight EARLY. I just feel that it will take someone with an ALL-OUT attitude to beat him, the way Walker came out against Arreola. You are not going to outbox him. The only way to beat him is to test his WILL AND CHIN!

Ok genius. Even if it were true that the Wlad fight was almost signed (which is news to me and to everyone else for that matter I'm sure) please explain how Haye is ducking Wlad by taking a far tougher fight against Vitali?

IMHO Haye has a great chance against Wlad due to his punching power and Wlad's very dubious chin. Vitali is an infinitely harder prospect for Haye due to the fact that one of his strengths, his chin, neutralises Haye's main strength, his power.

If you don't like a fighter, fine, but if you want to try to discredit the guy at least make an effort.

As for the Arreola fight, I also think this is far too early for him. Judging by his last performance, he has a lot to learn still, and if he comes in at his last weight against Walker I think he is going to struggle. With Wlad's recent fights I can see this going to the late rounds due to how negative Wlad has been in feeling guys out before getting braver later on and stopping them, but I think he will do the same to Arreola eventually given the stage of each's career.

I think its a bit early for Chris. The one thing I will say though is that Chris does have pretty decent boxing ability as well as the ability to brawl. He would have to survive Wlad's boxing long enough to make it a brawl. I don't think its a blow out and I think Wlad will be tenitive early and the fight would get good late.

Arreola's manager is right. He's not gonna beat Klitschko next year or the year after so he may as well fight him now and see where he stands. Wlad is only getting better himself so waiting around would be pointless.

Arreola was dominated by mediocre contender Travis Walker's jab until Walker ******ly decided to go toe-to-toe.

What do you think Wlad's jab will do to Arreola?

Arreola is at the level of a tough, game Toughman contest winner who loves his fast food and beer.
This dude is out of his league against Klitschko.

Damn, May? Klitschko had an easy night with Rahman, and Arreola's last fight went less than 3 rounds(?). Why don't they fight in february or march?

At least Arreola will make Wlad fight. Little Klit should have his way with him. Arreola is just way too slow.

This is a cash out fight IMO, Arreola's lack of conditioning suggests that he isn't taking this sport very seriously. He's going to have a lot of problems dealing with Klitschko's jab because of his lack of speed.

If he can force Wladimir to fight, then he could have some success but if he never gets past the jab, he's going to get wiped out.
