Oscar didnt cave into any demands that were worth anything, it was a 70/30 deal. Guzman fights totally different than Pacquaio. What Freddie saw in Soto was a bigger fresher version of Morales and opted for more money if Pacquaio was gonna take a loss. Why lose to Soto for less money, that was the reasoning.

Guzman is slightly faster, slicker, can fight against the ropes and has the MUCH better defense. But yes, Pac is damn fast

and yes, guzman is different from manny...the only thing they have in common and the one thing that gave soto problems was the handspeed
