Though the hating Floyd cuz he ducked so and so argument can be brought up onto any fighter. But all in all, it's simply because of Floyd's character.
      Nicely put...I agree

Pacquiao will be a heavy favorite against Campbell. If he beats Campbell everyone knows he is expected to win.

No one gave Pacquiao a shot to beat Oscar. Not only he was an underdog but was a midget. It was the biggest upset of the year and no one gave Pacquiao a shot to beat Oscar including the analyst, media and the fans..

and yes, guzman is different from manny...the only thing they have in common and the one thing that gave soto problems was the handspeed

and it would have been different, PAC wouldnt have run that last couple of rounds, instead, Soto would be officially labeled a 'has-been' by the bitter haters

listen man, you're not gonna change anyone's mind about how they think about PAC or PBF

both are skilled, both are once in a generation fighters

THE REASON that you have floyd haters, is because of his attitude...right or wrong..that's what it boils down to
I dont think its because of the attitude, because he does the things he does to sell fights, fans on this board know this and Floyd has said it many times himself, so that isnt the reason. Its no different than when you see a wrestler on tv talking junk to get you to tune in, so people are aware of these tactics and know its for show.

Guzman's footspeed gave Soto more trouble than the handspeed.

defensive, slicker, can fight off the ropes...i'll give you that

but with your admission on the handspeed being comparable, i'll break it down like this: Guzman was CONSTANTLY able to beat Soto to the punch...i watched that fight 8 times and Soto looked like he was in slow motion...

now take away Guzman's tendencies to apply his superior boxing tendencies ie being slick, defensive, and fighting off the ropes and what you get in a manny-soto fight (potentially) is the same kind of accuracy except its you replace that slickness with relentless aggression...soto doesnt make it past 10

I didn't give Pac a chance to win either...I thought I was gonna see the DLH that faced Floyd...instead I didn't see 10% of that. Pac was a HUGE underdog and I'd love to give him credit but I can't. Sadly, I can't. Still

                  PICTURE THIS
Pacman beats Nate and has 3 belts
                  JMM already beat Casa

This could have been a perfect time to set up the 3rd fight. I got NOTHING against Pac going after the best 140 pounder...but alot could have been done at 135 know what I'm sayin?

Why do they keep bringing up Soto? That bum is useless for anybody's legacy just like Judah. Who hasn't beat those guys? After Hatton, Pac will fight the Marquez-Diaz winner.......that should shut the haters up.

Pac and Floyd is the same as night and day. One's a humble ATG and the other claims to be an ATG. I'll start hating Pac when he starts acting ******.

lets put it in perspective, it would be like James Kirkland moving up to LHW, changing up his style to be more of a slick boxer and being INCREDIBLY effective with it, winning a belt, then going to CW and DOMINATING the same way.

Manny didn't come up having all the attributes Floyd did, yet he was able to do it in a more impressive fashion.

and Floyd was the favorite over DLH, who was the favorite in DLH/Pacquiao?
