Pac needs to forget about fighting above 140 unless it's Mayweather, these match-ups are ridiculous.

All we have to do is wait and watch... if ever cotto wins against narg then pac-cotto could be made... then if ever pac wins against hatton and then floyd decides not to fight anymore, then the option for pac is either a 3rd bout against JMM or a fight with cotto...

He won't make it past Floyd. Wait, Cotto won't even make it past Marg.

These reminds me of what Arum say to his interview on Pacquiao vs Diaz fight....

Manny Pacquiao: Well, it's not easy moving up weight but, you know, I think I'm just lucky that God give me the strength and the blessings.

Interviewer: Now, did you feel any difference in the punching power of Diaz?

Manny Pacquiao: Well, I feel stronger at a 135 lbs. but I feel I'm stronger than the 130 lbs. so it's better if I stay at a 135 lbs. or a 140 lbs.

Interviewer: Did you have any concern at all whether or not you can take a punch from a guy this big?

Manny Pacquiao: I never worry about taking the punches of the big opponent. But Bob give me a job to fight, so I'm just a fighter. (laughs)

Interviewer: As the fight was moving on, I mean you were hitting him 3, 4, 5 times, you were hitting him pretty badly, are you surprised that it wasn't stop sooner?

Manny Pacquiao: Well, I'm very surprised, you know, I think Diaz, he is the toughest opponent that I had before. And uhm, I'm very surprised that he catch a lot of punches, strong punches, power punches, and still stand up

Interviewer: Are you staying lightweight at this point?

Manny Pacquiao: Well, it depends on Bob's decision. I can fight at 140, or I can fight a 135 lbs.

Interviewer: You can fight at a 140, you think?

          Manny Pacquiao: Yeah, yeah.

          Interviewer: How about at 147?

Manny Pacquiao: Oh, no, no. (laughs)

Interviewer: 140 is where it stops. (smiles)

Bob Arum: Stay away from Cotto. (laughs)

Interviewer: Stay away from Cotto, that's where they draw the line near Cotto. But anywhere near 140, Manny said bring it on.

Miguel Cotto to me still has a lot to prove before putting him up there on a peddle stool.

Miguel was supposed to get past Margarito then he would have been on a Pacquiao/Mayweather level but he blew it! Lets see what he does against Jennings and the rematch with Margarito before we go putting him in the ring with the best #1 P4P in the world.
What?! who has paquiao or mayweather beat at 147 for you to make that statement DLH?please!

Pac went up to 147 to fight DLH and nothing more. Even asked before the fight, Roach said that after this were going back to down to 140.

The idea of Pac staying at Welterweight and taking on WW fighters is only a dream at this point. But ask me a year or two ago if Pac was capable of fighting Delahoya and I myself as well as many experts would of said, Oscar is too big for Pac and his relentless style would get him in trouble against DLH (Which of course now that fight became a reality).

So for right now Pac vs. Cotto is far from becoming a reality. Cotto has Jennings then a huge fight with the "Tijuana Terminator" Margarito, so if a Pac vs. Cotto were to happen, it wouldnt be until 2010 which Pac was said to retire to run for Presidency of the Philippines.

Im pretty sure Pac's use to his name getting thrown out there and fighters wanting a crack at him. Take for example when Pac was a Featherweight, Valero, Soto, Guzman, they were a number of fighters that wanted their shot.

Pac moves up to lightweight who follows, Marquez, Guzman, Valero. Casamayor, Juan Diaz, and Campbell call him out.

Now Pac takes down Delahoya, every fighter from 154 down wouldnt mind getting a crack at Pac. Im sure Pac is aware of the list of opponents that would love to fight him, nothing new.
