It's only going to be brutal for Hatton since Manny's defense is like a billion times better then Hattons defense ever was. diaz's only loss before pacquiao was to kendall holt at 140 where he managed to knockdown kendall holt as well.

LOL You guys are underestimating Hatton. Hatton has only lost once and that was to a guy with a completely different style to Manny. Manny is no devensive wizard with sharp accurate counterpunching abilities, Manny may find himself in trouble if he tries to muscle Hatton on the inside.

Are you blind? Manny's last two opponents couldn't land any punches on him. That is more then coincidence. And David Diaz would definitely be able to hit hattons ass, since Hatton has absolutely 0 defense

Can someone exlain to me how a guy can have no defence and still only lose once. Also how can a boxer be so poor against southpaws but has never been beaten of one

This is how I see it. Manny Pacquiao is tough as nails and can box with the best of them but Ricky Hatton is a dangerous fighter who is showing improvement as we all witnessed in the ring against Malignaggi.

He didn't hold as much & his jabs was massively rocking Paulie and totally threw him off of his game because he underestimated Hatton. I think the fight is going to be VERY close and it can go either way in my book because even though Pacquiao is a GREAT fighter and is fierce in the ring so is Hatton & he has a punchers chance because he has aggressive power.

Manny would have to fight Ricky from the outside but I'm sure Floyd Sr will teach him how to close the gap & get in without taking much punishment. People are quick to give Manny the win but I'm not so sure because as we all know Manny is open all day to get clocked & likes to brawl, with Ricky could be his downfall.
