I'm basing my prediction of a Pacquiao win on my observation that Hatton has a suspect chin. Anyone who gets that badly hurt by light punchers like Luis Collazo and Juan Lazcano is in for a long night with a puncher like Pacquiao. Hatton's not got much defense, and I can see Pacquiao landing hard, straight lefts on Ricky's face as he comes in. I figure that anyone who can punch should be able to beat Hatton at this point. That's why Malignaggi was a good choice of opponent. Any other elite-type fighter around that weight class has a great chance to knock him out. I'd also include lightweights like Nate Campbell, junior welters like Ricardo Torres, and welters like Judah, Cotto, Margarito, Williams, Clottey, maybe Berto all to KO Hatton.

I agree at 140 Pac will be hitting very hard and he is so much faster than Zoo thats not even comparible. I think the fact that Hatton is open for the straight left, runs in sometimes (wide open) and the fact that Hatton is relentless. You cannot stand and trade with Pac and expect to win, and Hatton will be forced to trade. Peace

c'mon, atleast be realistic... it took pac 9 rounds to KO diaz.

When has Ricky ever been knocked down and hurt by a single punch? (and don't say the check-hook because that was a build up of 100s of punches)

Hatton can take huge punishment and don't forget he can really land big shots

i gotta say, im definitely picking manny.

juan lazcano made hatton look pretty bad, props that hatton got his game together enough to clean up malignaggi- but he had no reason to be afraid of getting hit really.

manny has real power- i wont say he's got more than ricky, but combined with the speed, the workrate, the skills, and the trainer... ricky's power will only matter if he succeeds in smothering and rough housing. thats ricky's key to win the fight- it has be an ugly cagey fight.

but my guess is manny keeps it centered and circling and ultimately bashes ricky's face up
