        Granted, his fans are irritating, but if Mayweather had no fans at all it wouldn't be any different, people would still dislike his personality/act/whatever you want to call it.

            I agree,but the same could be said about many fans on an anonymous internet boxing forum.


            It all gets magnitized here on this site, and people are just going to type what they want because of the anonymity of the internet.

                        Puts too much stock in low class, anti-social/teenage behavior.

                        Doesn't give a fck about what the boxing public wants to see.

                        His fans seem to all be 16. (gets annoying)

                        Other than that, he is pretty fast and ALL time great at avoiding REAL fights.

                            ^ Again, you seem to be basing all of your opinions on the people on this website. Believe me, even with the huge amount of people who frequent this board, we are a small percentage of the actual boxing fanbase.

                            Grown ups are really a lot nicer and level headed, in real life.

                                    The reason he is hated is two fold.

                                    1.) His fans (the ones who hold Mayweathe above boxing) think he is unbeatable.
                                    2.) In the last few years of his career he only made the fights where he was unbeatable, and didn't live up to his skill with the risks he took.
