Haye would outweight Mariano by like over 20 pounds. Haye would be faster stronger and would KO 185 Rocky.

Haye has been knocked down, badly hurt and KO'd by blown up super middleweights.

Marciano was tough as hell, had an iron chin and was a big puncher. He would KO the glass chinned Haye for sure.

Haye is faster stronger than anyone Rocky has fought. Rocky was 185 in his prime and Haye is 200. Rocky fought old past their prime fighters.

IMO Haye would KO within 8

or maybe haye has to much power and speed for rocky

Boxing however to seems be a sport where you can take "SOME" fighters from the past and they will do good present day

Marciano by come from behind knockout, I think Haye would start fast, as he normally does, his speed and movement would give Marciano trouble as well but Marciano gets better as the fight goes on whereas Haye slows down, I think Marciano would catch Haye late, maybe between rounds 10-12 but if Haye survives that portion of the fight, I wouldn't be surprised if he won a decision in a 12 round fight, I'd be more certain of a Marciano knockout in a 15 round fight.
