Haye would outweight Mariano by like over 20 pounds. Haye would be faster stronger and would KO 185 Rocky.

Marciano by come from behind knockout, I think Haye would start fast, as he normally does, his speed and movement would give Marciano trouble as well but Marciano gets better as the fight goes on whereas Haye slows down, I think Marciano would catch Haye late, maybe between rounds 10-12 but if Haye survives that portion of the fight, I wouldn't be surprised if he won a decision in a 12 round fight, I'd be more certain of a Marciano knockout in a 15 round fight.

Despite his size disadvantage I would still pick Rocky by KO. I think he would have been tough enough to take some of Haye's shots and there is no way Haye is standing up to Marciano's brutal shots. Marciano by KO definately.

i find it hard to compare fighters from different eras..

you never know maybe rocky would be too tough for haye
or maybe haye has to much power and speed for rocky
