Pretty much....I done arguing for respect for Floyd on boxing scene... My new thing now is accomplishments, precedence, double standards and most important do I want to see it...everything else i leave for somebody else to do now..

I'm a huge fan of Floyd and, for the most part, I see mostly respect for Floyd on these boards. Of course there are extreme sides - those who pretend Floyd isn't a HOF'er and others who think Floyd is the best ever at damn near everything - but, for the most part, Money May gets his deserved props.

Mayweather has his respect, I think he demands more than he deserves though. I think he is a great fighter and a future HOF, but he doesn't deserve to be among great fighters before him like Robinson, Whitaker, Ali, Leonard, Duran, etc.

That's the problem. Threadstarter isn'y really asking why Floyd doesn't get respect - he does. He's asking why won't put him on the same pedestal we put ATG's.
