Valuev got maybe 2-3 rounds, Holyfield 6-7 rounds.
    Some rounds were even.
But no way that Valuev won this, no ****in way.

I didnt watch it with that commentary. And I never was impressed with Al Bernstein BTW other than in the Orlando Canizales-Jimmy Navarro fight were he made me lol.

Holyfield danced around all night with Valuev doing the stalking (in a cumbersome way).

The robbery cry here on NSB right now is kinda lame.

The question one gotta ask oneself is: Could you see the other guy winning? Although I had Holyfield winning, I can understand the 2 judges that saw it differently.
What the hell kind of broadcasting did they have over there? I scored it 10-2 Holyfield. All the rounds were crystal clear. Id accept 9-3 Holyfield, but anything beyond that is dishonest.

Evander ****ing BOXED his ****ing ears off. What did Valuev land, maybe 5 punches in the entire fight?

Not only did Evander dictate the pace of the fight and land more punches. He landed the ****ing cleaner harder punches.

Bat, Valuev was walking around slowly following Evander that's all, he wasn't punching much or anything. That is not aggression.

Evander was throwing more, landing more, coming in more, fighting more.

I'm serious stunned you think it was so close mate, really I am.

I can't think of a recent fight say in the last year or two, where I've genuinely felt there was a serious robbery. Valuev did certainly not win a round up until round 6, and at absolute most being generous won 3 but even that is pushing it.

I will watch it back again but intend on petitioning and if people feel that way I'd say do so, say by email I guess.

I would seriously like to see your scorecard, because it is absolutely ridiculous.

and if no one at all thinks that Valuev won other than the judges...then surely its a robbery? If I wanted to, I look at Chavez vs. Whitaker and pick out 6 rounds that Chavez could have won. its still arobbery, because no one actually had him winning that many rounds.

couldve sworn I heard Valuevs trainer saying he needed a knockout to win....
They booed the decision, but not too bad. I've heard worse. Even at Ottke fights

Regarding the trainer I guess Enzo said the same to Joe when he fought Hopkins. A motivational ploy.

He scored the fight for Holyfield himself.
I think he was just trying to explain how the judges could've saw it.

He's like all of us in thinking Holy won.

                    maybe Im missing something.

If everyone in the world thought that a certain fighter won other than the judges...then it would be considered a robbery, right?

                    cmon. what the hell?

holyfield won 5 of the first 6 no question.
                      valuev 2 rounds clearly
the rest i saw as close rounds and gave most to holyfield
either way two judges definitley scored it wrong
holy field landed better power punches all night long...
                      clear robbery

but it doesn't matter neither of them are a force in the division... i don't know why i expected more from valuev
its probably a blessing for holyfield maybe he might retire now! even though its probly to late
