Already made a thread on it. Kessler's resume is absolute crap.

He doesn't have the best resume but he's got enough credible wins to be respected.

No... I mean the same could be said of King Arthur Abraham, but when a fighter is really good, they are really good. Both guys dismantled their opposition, and in Kessler's case, there is no shame in losing a 12 round decision to Calzaghe.

          He doesn't get enough credit.

I said this before, but often the fighter is better than the resume suggests. Personally, I think we are looking at a great fighter in Mikkel Kessler.

Give the guy a chance. He is trying to make big fights and barely anyone wants to know. Mikkel doesn't deserve disrespect.

You can tell a boxer is good even if hasn't fought anyone that most would consider "elite" yet. He put up a good fight against Calzaghe and he did it with a broken hand. That says a lot.

Just because you don't know the names, or they're not big enough for you, doesn't mean hes fighting bums.
